Fees and Availability

Fees:

Initial IBCLC home visit: $225 (2-3 hours), Twins $250

IBCLC follow up visit: $150 (60-90 min), Twins $175

Simple weight check in home: $50 (limited availability)

Phone Consultation for 15 – 30 min. : $30

Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Class: $100 (90 min – 2 hours) Tailored to your specific health history and concerns.

Day Postpartum Doula: $30-40/hr. (4-8 hr. shifts, with a minimum of 10 hours total)

Overnight Postpartum Doula: $25/hr., (minimum of 8 hours each shift)

I do not charge for transportation, however I do request that you provide a safe and nearby parking space and/or cover any parking fees.

 

Insurance:
Payment is due at time of service (cash, check or Chase Quick Pay).
Many insurance companies will now re-imburse for lactation services, unless your plan was “grandfathered” in. I will provide you a Superbill, a medically coded invoice, which you may submit with your claim form to your insurance company for re-imburesment. Hours of availability for IBCLC visits and postpartum doula care:

8:30-5 M-F

8-12 Sat.

Some Sundays

9pm-7am Overnight Doula

 

Area of service:

Evanston and North Shore south of Lake Forest.

Chicago: Far North Side, Portage Park, Irving Park, North Side, Near North, Loop, Humboldt Park, West Town, Near West Side and Lower West Side.

Overnight Doula care: Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka.
